Message frequency may vary, but will be limited to no more than 6 times per month. To opt out, subscribers can reply STOP, after which they will be unsubscribed from Opinionmatic Tests. Mobile subscribers' phone numbers will never be shared or sold to third parties. Please note that Opinionmatic Tests and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and message and data rates may apply. 

Signing Up and Opting-In:

To enroll in the service, you must provide your mobile phone number and agree to these terms and conditions. Enrollment is not available to individuals under 18 years old. By opting into the service, you acknowledge that you are not obligated to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase. You also confirm that you are the subscriber to the provided phone number or are authorized to opt in as the customary user. To request a paper or email copy of the opt-in or update your contact information, contact info@opinionmatictests.info. You can also retain an electronic copy of these terms by accessing them online.

Charges and Carriers:

Message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for any associated costs. The service is supported by various carriers, but availability may vary. Opinionmatic Tests and mobile carriers are not liable for message delays or errors.

Stopping the Service:

To stop receiving messages, text STOP to any received text. This is the exclusive method for opting out. You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognize requests that do not include the STOP keyword. If you unsubscribe from one program, you may still receive messages from others until separately unsubscribed.
